USN-8082-1: GIMP vulnerabilities

Ubuntu has patched two vulnerabilities in GIMP: CVE-2025-5473 (CVSS 8.8), a high-severity flaw in ICO file handling that can lead to denial of service or arbitrary code execution, and CVE-2025-6035 (CVSS 6.1), a medium-severity memory handling issue in the despeckle plugin with similar potential impacts.
