A cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability (CVE-2025-68461, CVSS 7.2 HIGH) in Roundcube Webmail stems from improper sanitization of the `<animate>` tag within SVG documents, potentially allowing arbitrary code execution. Affected versions are Roundcube Webmail prior to 1.5.12 and versions 1.6.0 through 1.6.11. The issue is resolved by upgrading to version 1.5.12 or 1.6.12.
