Security Operations , AI/ML , Identity , Mergers and Acquisitions Silverfort acquires AI-native identity security firm Fabrix April 29, 2026 Share By SC Staff (Adobe Stock) Coverage from Silicon Angle indicates that Silverfort Inc., a unified identity security company, has acquired Fabrix Security Ltd., an artificial intelligence-native identity security company, for an undisclosed sum. This acquisition aims to enhance Silverfort's capabilities in managing complex identity and access scenarios in the evolving digital landscape. Fabrix Security offers an AI-native platform designed to assist enterprise identity and access management teams in making faster and more accurate access decisions for both human and non-human identities, including service accounts, API keys, bots, and AI agents. The platform utilizes an identity knowledge graph and AI agents to analyze access activity, organizational context, and intent, enabling continuous, context-aware decisioning that replaces traditional manual reviews. Silverfort plans to integrate Fabrix's AI decisioning engine with its Runtime Access Protection technology. This combination is intended to allow enterprises to adopt agentic AI and scale their operations securely by dynamically and continuously protecting identities and their access. The goal is to enable split-second access decisions embedded directly in the execution path, evaluating each request at runtime based on identity, permissions, and intent.
