RHSA-2026:19369: Important: rhc security update

This Important security update for the `rhc` client on RHEL 9 addresses two vulnerabilities in its embedded Go runtime: CVE-2026-32282 (CVSS 6.4), a symlink traversal issue allowing unauthorized file modifications, and CVE-2026-32283 (CVSS 7.5), a denial-of-service flaw triggered by multiple TLS 1.3 key update messages. The vulnerabilities affect systems using Go versions earlier than 1.25.9 or from 1.26.0 through 1.26.1. The fix is included in the updated `rhc` package, which incorporates Go versions 1.25.9 or 1.26.2.
