CVE-2026-3593 Heap use-after-free vulnerability in BIND 9 DNS-over-HTTPS implementation

CVE-2026-3593 is a heap use-after-free vulnerability in BIND 9's DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) implementation, allowing remote attackers to potentially cause a denial of service or leak sensitive information. It has a CVSS 3.1 score of 7.4 (High). Affected versions are BIND 9.20.0 through 9.20.22 and 9.21.0 through 9.21.21; the vulnerability is fixed in versions 9.20.23 and 9.21.22.
