CyberStar 2025 11 critical sectors | 500 participants | 11 days Exercise Cyber Star 2025 (XCS25) is Singapore’s largest and most intensive national cyber crisis management exercise to date, concluding with a finale at the Singapore Institute of Technology. SANS Institute was proud to support the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) in the design and delivery of XCS25, contributing cybersecurity expertise to help shape realistic, high-impact crisis scenarios. The exercise challenged participants with complex incidents involving Industrial Control Systems (ICS) — the technologies that underpin physical machines and critical processes — and strengthened cross-sector coordination and national cyber resilience.
